Being Human Summer Social
Getting boggled working on this site, so time out to see whats on.
Date for your diary! We are delighted to announce the first of our Being Human Summer Socials on 10 June 5.15pm–8pm at Senate House, University of London.
This is a chance to meet some of the amazing people from around the country who made Being Human 2014 so special, and to catch up on some exciting gossip about Being Human 2015. We will also be announcing the winners of our 2015 funding competition and offering an opportunity to talk to a panel of Being Human experts in our very first Being Human question time event.
We’ll be talking to profs, curators artists and others from the Mass-Observation Archive, the Hubbub team at the Wellcome Trust, the London College of Fashion, Sheffield’s Wealthy Weekend and Manchester’s Forever Young projects and more... Our festival director Prof Barry Smith will also be fielding questions.
If you’re curious about this year’s festival, or have stories to share from last year, pop in and say hello. There will be cake, there will be wine, there may even be some crisps.
Come along!
Very best wishes,
Being Human Team
